Nevada Medical Board
Nevada Attorney General
In October of 2017 against various IV wellness centers in Las Vegas. These various clinics appear to be using RNs and Medical Assistants to give intravenous prescription medications to patients throughout the Las Vegas area.
Numerous NRS and NAC regulations pertain to this. It will take some time for these issues to sort themselves out, but the key thing is that an MD/DO, PA-C, or NP has to be physically involved with the process of handling prescription medications at a medical clinic.
